Your property enquiry

We receive the name, email, telephone number, postcode, property details and message you submit. We use these to respond, assess your property and discuss the service you request, including taking steps towards a contract. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Our form uses FormSubmit to deliver your message to our team. It processes your submission and technical information needed to deliver and protect its service. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Relevant staff and providers supporting our website and email may process your information. We do not sell your enquiry details.

Understanding our marketing

Campaign labels from the page address and the page you enquired from may accompany your message. We use these in our legitimate interests to understand which marketing generates enquiries. These labels are passed between pages without storing them in cookies.

If you accept measurement, we load Google Ads to measure visits and successful enquiries attributable to advertising. Google may process online identifiers, advertising click information, IP address and browser/device information. We send a conversion event only after our form service confirms success. We do not send your name, email, phone, postcode or message in that event. Enhanced conversions and personalised advertising are not enabled by our integration.

Your cookie choices

Google Ads measurement is off until you accept. Rejecting it does not affect your ability to enquire. Change or withdraw your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes first-party Google Ads cookies this website can access; it does not undo information already sent.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to six months. With permission, Google Ads may use first-party cookies beginning _gcl_ to associate enquiries with advertising, typically for up to 90 days. Google controls cookies on its own domains. Keeping your information

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, manage our business relationship and meet relevant legal obligations. Retention depends on whether an enquiry leads to a contract. Ask us for details of records we hold. Our providers may process information outside the UK; their privacy notices explain their processing locations and international-transfer arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent to optional measurement at any time. Contact us using the email above to exercise your rights or raise a concern.
