Then what?
Tenants in England with assured periodic tenancies can generally end their tenancy with two months’ written notice, subject to the applicable notice rules. Rent remains payable during that notice period.
The uncertainty is what happens next: another search, another move-in, and potentially a gap in rent. With our guaranteed rent model, an occupier leaving doesn’t interrupt the agreed payments under your contract with us.
