We work with individual, portfolio and overseas landlords. Tell us about your property and how involved you want to be, and we’ll explain the suitable options and their costs.
Lettings
Keep a conventional letting arrangement and let us handle marketing, viewings, referencing, tenancy paperwork and deposit protection where required.
Property management
Have a local team coordinate tenant communication, maintenance, agreed refurbishments and compliance. Licensing applications and third-party costs are charged as agreed.

Yes. We work with overseas landlords who want a London team to coordinate the practical details. We agree communication and approval arrangements with you.
Do you only offer guaranteed rent?
No. Lettings, management and standalone compliance are available independently, with their own agreed fees.
Will every property qualify for guaranteed rent?
No. We assess location, layout, condition and suitability before making an offer. Guaranteed rent is for London properties only.
