Energy performance
Coordinate an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessment and help organise any agreed follow-up work.
Gas safety
Book the appropriate gas safety checks with a Gas Safe registered engineer and coordinate access and documentation.
Changing landlord obligations
Practical support with Renters’ Rights Act requirements and the documents and processes relevant to your letting.

You don’t need to sign up for lettings or management. HMO and selective licence application support is chargeable; council fees, assessments, certificates and works are separate where applicable. Licensing decisions remain with the local authority.
