With this service, we source the right company for you using our sister company New Age Sourcing. We ensure that the company’s mode of operation and your expectations/preferences are aligned.
Once we have identified suitable companies, we deal with the entire process up to the point they move in from organising viewings to drafting appropriate contracts up.

The Process
Step 01.
We require the full address of the property as well as pictures and a recording of the entire property. A floorplan would also be beneficial.
Step 02.
If there are no pictures or recording of the property, we ask that you take one. A picture and recording on your smartphone would suffice. If you cannot provide one, then we will need to arrange a visit to take one.
Step 03.
Once we have the pictures and recording, we send the basic details to the large database of clients we have on our book.
Step 04.
We then organise a viewing for them to have a look. Some of our clients are happy to secure the property without a viewing but we usually recommend one is done to ensure they are happy with it.
Step 05.
We usually receive an offer within 24 – 48 hours which we forward to you.
Step 06.
We deal with all negotiations on your behalf if any and once all agreed, deal with the rental process up to the point they move in.

The contract will be between you and the company. We will deal with the entire letting process up until they move in then you deal with them directly.
This varies depending on the company but agreements are typically between 2 – 5 years.
Most of the companies we work with are looking to take on properties immediately. We usually get a response from our clients within 24/48 hours. We then begin the referencing process. We typically have everything wrapped up within a couple of days providing you and the company send us any documents required as soon as possible.
